welcome to rebate!
rebate is an examples based celebrity community. we are here to create a place where people feel welcome. a place and a chance to play your favorite celebrities in a relaxed yet efficient environment. we hope to make this community not only fun but having a close-knit feeling to it. we want writers who will venture beyond their comfort zone and make friends outside of their usual circle. we want this community to be just that. a community. hopefully you're still with us. we hope to see you around.
x update limit is 3 weeks.
x 72 hours is given to make an intro post to the appropriate community or face removal.
x You must stay active in the sub-communities. we are shooting for a subcomm post at least once every 2 weeks.
x do not godmod. you control your character and your character only.
x be polite.
x do not mix the OOC/IC line. it only causes drama, and we are here to have fun, not to fight all of the time.
x character limit is 3, and to avoid role hogging, you may only play one character from a band or cast.
If the cast is big enough exceptions may be made but you will need to contact a mod for approval first.
x you must have an AIM sn for you character that is relevant to them.
x journals must be some variation of your celeb's name. No extra x's or o's or underscores.
x the mods reserve the right to add or change the rules as they see fit for the community.
